Hardware will scratch with repeated use - please take care to ensure the hardware does not come in contact with abrasive surfaces, perfumes, and hand sanitizers*. 

Oxidization may occur if the hardware comes into contact with salt, sand, chemicals, oils, and alcohol. Gently clean and polish with a dry micro-fiber cloth if necessary.

**It’s unfortunate that within the current environment, the use of hand sanitizer has increased. At DYLAN KAIN, we want you all to be safe however please be mindful that the use of hand sanitizer and other alcohol-based products, perfumes, and cosmetics can have a damaging effect on your beautiful new purchases (discoloration of leather and hardware may occur).
