If you discover any defect or manufacturing fault even outside of the 12-month warranty term, please contact us so we can look after you. 

In some cases, we may be able to offer a bag spa or replace parts and components for a small fee. 

Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect, or fault for a preliminary assessment together with proof of purchase.
