Store Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and will be emailed to you as a gift card with a unique code to use online at dylankain.com. If you have purchased an item using store credit, any unused balance will remain on that gift card

Gift Cards returns

Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Buy now pay later returns

If you have purchased using Afterpay, lay-buy, Klarna, zip pay or another buy now pay later option, you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and you will be issued a new credit note via email to use straight away.

Processing time for returns
