My product was deemed not faultyUpdated a year ago


If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty or considered general wear and tear, will ship the product back to you. 


Shipping costs for products deemed not faulty will be at the customer’s expense.


If the product is deemed not faulty, our support team may be able to offer a bag spa to revitalize your favorite accessory. 


Please note any bag spa may incur a small fee (this will be communicated to you by the DYLAN KAIN customer support team for your consideration).
